1 General Terms
PKR365 (referred to throughout these Terms as "PKR365", "we", "us", or "the platform") is an online gaming platform serving players in Pakistan. The platform is accessible at pkr365.click and through any associated mobile-optimised web interface.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you ("the player", "you", or "the user") and PKR365 regarding your use of all services, games, payment systems, and features available on the platform. These Terms apply to all visitors and registered users without exception.
By accessing PKR365 in any form — whether viewing the website without registering, creating an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or playing any game — you are confirming that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them. This agreement takes effect immediately upon your first access of the platform.

2 Eligibility
To use PKR365 and create an account, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. PKR365 is strictly an adults-only platform. We do not permit anyone under 18 to register, deposit, or play under any circumstances.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement — meaning you are not under any legal incapacity that prevents you from doing so under Pakistani law.
- You must be registering and playing as an individual for personal entertainment purposes. Corporate or institutional registrations are not permitted without prior written consent from PKR365.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of an employee of PKR365 or any of its game providers.
- You must not have a previously self-excluded account or a permanently closed account on PKR365. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new account is a violation of these Terms.
PKR365 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested will result in account suspension until verification is complete. Funds in a suspended account pending verification are held securely and returned if the account is found ineligible.
3 Account Registration
One Account Per Player
Each person is permitted to hold exactly one active account on PKR365. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts. This includes accounts opened from the same household, device, or IP address where fraudulent intent is identified.
Accurate Information
When registering on PKR365, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete personal information. This includes your full legal name, Pakistani mobile number, and any other fields requested during the registration process. Providing false or misleading information is a serious violation of these Terms.
Verification
PKR365 may at any point request supporting documentation to verify the identity of any account holder. This is standard procedure and applies to all accounts, not only those suspected of misuse. Documents commonly requested include national identity card (CNIC), proof of address, or payment method ownership confirmation.
Account Security Responsibility
Your PKR365 account is personal to you. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that takes place under your account. Never share your password with anyone — including PKR365 support staff, who will never ask for your password.
Account Closure by PKR365
PKR365 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time if: we identify a breach of these Terms; we detect suspicious or fraudulent activity; a player requests self-exclusion; or we are required to do so for compliance or security reasons. Where closure is due to a player's breach of these Terms, remaining balance treatment will depend on the nature of the breach.
4 Deposits & Payments
PKR365 accepts deposits via the following payment methods, all processed in Pakistani Rupees:
- Easypaisa (mobile wallet)
- JazzCash (mobile wallet)
- NayaPay (digital bank)
- SadaPay (digital bank)
- IBFT bank transfer
- Visa and Mastercard (debit or credit card)
All deposits are credited to your PKR365 balance instantly upon confirmed receipt. PKR365 does not hold, delay, or partially credit deposits under normal circumstances. If a deposit does not appear in your account within fifteen minutes of a successful transaction, contact support immediately with your transaction reference.
Your Own Payment Methods
You may only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name or mobile number. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members — are not permitted. PKR365 may request verification that a payment method belongs to the account holder.
Currency
All deposits, balances, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals on PKR365 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). PKR365 does not process foreign currency transactions. If your payment method operates in another currency, that currency's conversion into PKR is handled by your payment provider — PKR365 has no role in that conversion and is not responsible for any resulting exchange differences.
5 Withdrawals
PKR365 processes withdrawals to the payment method used for deposit where possible. Withdrawals are paid in Pakistani Rupees and processed as quickly as practically possible. Standard processing times by method:
- Easypaisa / JazzCash: Typically within 5–15 minutes of request confirmation
- NayaPay / SadaPay: Typically within 30 minutes
- IBFT bank transfer: Within 1–3 business hours during banking hours
- Visa / Mastercard: 1–3 business days depending on your bank
Verification Before First Withdrawal
PKR365 may require identity verification before processing a player's first withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud measure. If verification is requested, submit the required documents promptly. Verified withdrawals then proceed without additional delays for future requests under normal circumstances.
Minimum Withdrawal
The minimum withdrawal amount on PKR365 is Rs 500. Requests below this threshold cannot be processed. There is no upper limit on withdrawal amounts, though large withdrawals may be subject to additional verification.
Balance Requirements
You may only withdraw funds from your PKR365 balance that are not currently tied up in active wagers or subject to active bonus wagering requirements. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the associated wagering requirement has been fully completed per Section 6 of these Terms.
6 Bonuses & Promotions
PKR365 offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players from time to time. These may include deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, free credits, VIP rewards, and game-specific promotions. Every bonus offered by PKR365 is subject to the following general conditions as well as any specific terms stated alongside the individual offer.
Wagering Requirements
Most bonuses on PKR365 carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier indicating how many times the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) must be played through before any winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn as real money. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated clearly on the promotion page or in the bonus notification. Always check the requirement before claiming a bonus.
Bonus Validity Period
All bonuses on PKR365 have an expiry window — a time limit within which the wagering requirement must be completed. If the wagering requirement is not met within the stated validity period, the bonus and any associated winnings generated from it will be forfeited automatically. The deposit used to claim the bonus is not affected by bonus expiry.
One Bonus at a Time
PKR365 players may hold only one active bonus at a time. Claiming a new bonus while a previous one is still active may result in the previous bonus being cancelled. If you are unsure about your current bonus status, contact support before claiming a new offer.
Abuse of Bonuses
PKR365 monitors bonus activity. If we identify that a player is systematically exploiting bonus structures — through techniques such as hedging bets, low-risk cycling, or coordinating with other players — we reserve the right to cancel the bonus, void associated winnings, and take further action up to and including account closure.
7 Betting & Gaming Rules
The following general rules apply to all wagering activity on PKR365. Game-specific rules are displayed within each game interface and supplement these general rules.
Bet Confirmation
A wager is considered final and binding once confirmed in the PKR365 system. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed after the moment of placement. Ensure all bet details are correct before confirming. PKR365 is not responsible for mistakes made during the bet placement process by the player.
Minimum and Maximum Stakes
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all games and betting markets on PKR365. These limits are displayed within each game or market before wagering. PKR365 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time, including applying individual limits to specific accounts where warranted.
Malfunctions
In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or system fault that affects a game outcome, PKR365 reserves the right to void the affected round or wager and refund the stake to the player's account. No winnings from a demonstrably malfunctioning game will be paid. The standard principle on PKR365 is that malfunction voids play.
Sports Betting and PSL Markets
All sports bets — including PSL and football markets — are settled according to official match results as confirmed by the relevant governing body. Bets that were placed and accepted before an event are settled on the result of that event regardless of any pre-match changes to team compositions, weather conditions, or venue, unless PKR365 explicitly states otherwise in market-specific rules. Abandoned or incomplete matches are settled according to the rules stated in the relevant market.
Live Dealer Games
Live dealer games on PKR365 are streamed from certified studios. All dealing is done by trained human dealers and results are final as dealt. PKR365 is not responsible for delays due to network connectivity issues on the player's end. In the event of a verified stream disconnection mid-round, PKR365 will take the fairest available action, which may include voiding the round and returning the stake.
8 Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on PKR365. Engaging in any of these constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture where applicable, and potential referral to relevant authorities:
- Using any automated software, bot, script, or tool to interact with PKR365 games or betting markets
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in your favour without reporting them to PKR365 immediately
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any multiplayer game on PKR365
- Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or third-party payment methods to deposit
- Attempting to launder money through gaming activity on PKR365
- Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once
- Impersonating another player or using false identity information
- Engaging in any form of chip dumping, match-fixing awareness plays, or coordinated betting designed to manipulate outcomes
- Chargebacks — disputing legitimate PKR365 deposits with your bank or payment provider after they have been used for gaming
- Attempting to access PKR365 systems or data beyond what is available to a standard player
9 Account Security
Keeping your PKR365 account secure is a shared responsibility. PKR365 implements platform-level security measures, but the security of your login credentials is your personal responsibility. Your obligations regarding account security include:
- Using a strong, unique password for your PKR365 account that is not shared with any other service
- Never disclosing your password to anyone, including people claiming to be PKR365 staff
- Logging out of PKR365 when using shared or public devices
- Notifying PKR365 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
- Not allowing any third party to operate your account on your behalf
PKR365 is not liable for losses resulting from a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials. If unauthorised access is reported promptly and can be verified, PKR365 will investigate and take appropriate action to protect the affected account.
10 Privacy & Data
PKR365 collects and processes personal data as necessary to operate the platform, process payments, verify identity, and provide customer support. By registering on PKR365, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy forms part of the overall agreement between you and PKR365 and should be read alongside these Terms.
PKR365 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data shared with third-party payment processors and game providers is limited to what is necessary for those services to function and is governed by contractual data protection obligations.
11 Responsible Gaming
PKR365 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players. We believe that gaming should be a form of entertainment — something you enjoy within your means, not a source of financial stress or harm. Our Responsible Gaming policy is detailed at pkr365.click/responsible-gaming.
The following tools are available to all PKR365 account holders:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending
- Session Reminders: Receive alerts after a set duration of continuous play
- Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict your account for a defined period
- Self-Exclusion: Request permanent or long-term exclusion from PKR365 if you feel you need to stop

12 Liability
PKR365 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will always be available without interruption, error, or delay. PKR365 is not liable for losses resulting from:
- Platform unavailability due to scheduled or emergency maintenance
- Internet connectivity issues on the player's side
- Third-party service interruptions (including payment processor outages)
- Force majeure events — circumstances beyond our reasonable control
- A player's failure to read and understand the rules of a game before playing
- Actions taken on a player's account by a third party due to the player's failure to secure their credentials
PKR365's liability to any player in connection with any single event or series of related events is limited to the amount of real money deposited by that player in the preceding 30 days, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
13 Changes to These Terms
PKR365 reserves the right to update, amend, or revise these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. For material changes that significantly affect player rights or obligations, PKR365 will provide advance notice where possible — typically through an in-account notification or email to your registered contact.
Continued use of PKR365 after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using PKR365 and contact support to discuss the closure of your account and withdrawal of any remaining balance.
It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically. PKR365 recommends reviewing them at least every few months, particularly before taking advantage of any promotional offer, as bonus terms may be updated more frequently than the main Terms.
